Repeat Order
In the practice of buying and selling, there is the term repeat orders alias 'order again' or 'buy back'. This term arose because the customer was satisfied with the products and services provided by the seller. Once the popularity of this term to the seller, as this is a reflection of the success in the practice of buying and selling. So most of the merchants put the number of repeat orders criteria as one indicator of success or the key success factor.
This term can also mean as the 're-orders' from someone who is superior to his subordinates to warn about the urgency of a task so as not to forget to do.
In some cases in companies where we work, a manager who is always repeated, often labeled fussy by ranks. The more talkative of the manager, then he is increasingly unpopular in the environment. And when it's at this stage, the harmonious relationship between the manager and the staff was bland, like food without salt. Continuity is, these instructions are carried out by staff to reduce fussiness than just the manager, not as a manifestation of its responsibility as the subordinates who are obedient to his superiors.
I'll take you to see the presence of one essential essence of repeat orders, in terms of spiritual management. For that I emphasize understanding the meaning of repeat orders as 'reorder' and 're-orders'.

To better understand the meaning of this term, let us consider the complexity of practice in the world of advertising as follows:

    
* Before a product launched by the producers to the market, the ad plays to introduce to the public.
    
* Once the product circulating in the community, the ad plays to propagate the advantages of these products than others.
    
* If the product is not desirable start, the ad offered a reward to compensate.
    
* If the product is not sold at all, the ad makes the claim that the product is being refined into products better than ever and will soon be marketed.
Thus this step is repeated endlessly that the point is to make a product remains with the community. Now let us consider the tendency of public response to the product being advertised as follows:

    
* Due to be introduced through ads, then they know about a product, its benefits, and economical.
    
* If they have become consumers, they tend to apply the repeat orders and joined the advertiser to the community without pay.
    
* If they find that the product does not conform with the promise of his ads, they immediately protested and demanded producers.
    
* When they get bored with the product, then they soon forget and move on to another product.

Spiritual Essence in a Repeat Order
Before we enter into this spiritual understanding, then we need to first understand: why the 'reorder' and 're-orders' is so important in life management? Because of this repetition is a mechanism to fight human nature that tends to forget about a matter that is not appealed to him.
Easy to forget the human nature of the derivative of the prophet Adam, peace is implied in the letter Thaahaa paragraph 115 (Sura 20:115), which means, "And We have indeed commanded to Adam before, but he forgot, and We found him a strong will."
Well, that is not easily forget, we do need to be reminded of many things from the start that small to large scale repeatedly. Thus, it is our duty to remember, remind each other, advising counsel in management.
More deeply and broadly, we will understand that the revelation of the prophets as a warning and advice was intended by God to keep all the humans do not forget the mission of a divine Creator, that is managing the so-called Faith.
Now we see the correlation between the chain of repeat orders, namely: manufacturers - products - advertisers - consumers with the spiritual mission of the prophets by using the analogy as follows:

    
* Allah, the Almighty Creator has a superior product named Faith.
    
* God, the Supreme Self then manage the decline of the prophets to advertise a superior product is named Faith.
    
* The Prophets and then recruit people to become consumers of the product is named Faith.
    
* The consumer has the freedom to consume these products or not. Here is the right of the Almighty Creator to give guidance or not.
    
* For consumers who believe this superior product, then automatically they will become the next advertiser to his community.
    
* For those not convinced, then they will soon forget this superior product and switch to other products.
    
* To be sustainable a message that is worthy of a superior product is selected by humans, the mechanism of repeat orders was carried on by God to the prophets since the time of Prophet Adam to Prophet Muhammad SAW. What commands are repeated? Command air-Tawheed replied.
    
* This is repeated until the cyclic chain is up to each one of us.
Let's look at the verses in the Qur'an which stated repeatedly as letters Az-Zumar verse 23 (Sura 39:23) which means, "Allah has sent down word that most good (ie) Qur'an similar ( quality of the verses) again repeatedly. "
Allah, the Almighty Creator knew exactly creations of human weakness that is easy to forget its management mission in this world, so using the method repeated warnings and advice to people is that they are always aware of the existence of the Supreme absoluteness Product owner named Faith that.
Wisdom
My parents were born 72 years ago. In childhood, I often feel annoyed with repeated messages from him to be diligent prayers, the Koran and do good. In a conversation among the children, I often express that my parents nag, so often they repeated the message that the same thing.
At my age to 44 years, in fact, I apply what my parents used to be exactly to my children, and in fact I also do not know whether my children have branded me as a parent who nag or not. What is clear, in my married life now, I'm pretty forgetful nature corrected by the role of wife and children are always reminded me of things I need to remember.
With the above explanation, hopefully we can easily understand that the essence of repetition of commands and advice is the most effective mechanism for managers to run its management remains on track. Really lucky managers who have a boss-type happy to repeat the warning and advice, as well as those who sincerely and patiently, happy to accept the warning and advice from others.
